College Crosse Games Of The Day.

  • Syracuse vs. Virginia. While UVA struggled out the gates in February, they ended the month nicely with a win over a quality Penn squad last week. This is a huge game for both schools, so the Cavs should be ready for the Orange.

Virginia won at home in 20102012, and 2014, with the Orange winning in the dome in 20112013, and 2015. UVA fans are hoping the home team winning trend continues (Orange lost to the Cavs in the Dome back in 2009), as it would give the Cavs a nice early season conference win in a tough ACC. Moreover, a Virginia win today would give the Cavs a lot of juice in the polls and silence a lot of whispers. This one is on the big screen on ESPNU at 5:30 so plan accordingly.

  • Virginia highlights from their victory over Penn.

  • Ohio State vs. Marquette. BIG match-up in the Shoe tonight. The Golden Eagles come off a very nice win over Richmond last week and now sit in the top 20 in all the major polls. The Buckeyes won last week but that was against a banged up UMBC.

The Golden Eagles present a much stiffer test for the Buckeyes. Marquette won last year in a tight one goal game.  The Buckeyes will be looking for some payback tonight but Marquette is no joke and will be ready. This is a great opportunity for both squads to get a quality win while it is still early in the season, so it should be a tight one. Game starts at 6:00 on Buckeyes Vision.

  • Marquette highlights from their game against Bellarmine.

No Curation tonight!
Sorry!

I won't be in front of my computer for much of the afternoon, but I will be in and out of the comments section. I'll have my phone, so I will be on Twitter as well.  Looking forward to another great weekend. I'll see you out there!
