Shout out to St. John's! Love that they are enjoying the city before their big match-up with the Hawks at Sweeney Field. (Ed. Note: You always gotta stop by Reading Terminal whenever you're in Philly for the donuts/doughnuts at Beiler's. They are among the best in the nation.

They seriously are amazing.

College Crosse Game Of The Day.

  • Loyola vs. Towson. St. Joe's and St. John's is going to be a fun one and the Sweeney Field fans are always great. However, the Loyola vs. Towson match-up is huge for a variety of reasons and is our College Crosse Game of the Day.

Towson got a lot of love this week and is right outside the top 10 in the Media Poll. A win over the Hounds would be a major coup and give the CAA another big out of conference victory. If the CAA keeps piling up good non-conference wins, they will have a strong case for at least 1 at-large bid on Selection Sunday.

Loyola will be a formidable opponent for the Tigers. Moreover, with the game at Ridley, one can expect a boisterous crowd. Towson last beat Loyola in 2007, so the Hounds have owned this series for nearly a decade. But this is a tough Tigers team and Loyola will be challenged against the Towson defense. Hopefully we get a really close game well into the 4th quarter for some great theater.

Pièces Jointes.
Here are a few things I saw online that should get you in the mood for today's lineup.
No Curation tonight!
Sorry!  I will do a combined Scoreboard of yesterday and today's action though and I will include a few fun social media stuff I find/people send my way.

I'm really excited about both games. Towson vs. Loyola should be a really good one. I'll be here and on Twitter, so definitely bring your #HotTakes!

I'll see you out there.

Shout out, Leo!
