College Crosse Games Of The Day.
- St. Joe's vs. Virginia, Philly Board. Last year's game at Virginia was awesome. The Hawks lost that one (and then the next game to Michigan in quadruple OT), but St. Joe's then ran off and won for the next month and a half. I don't know what is going to happen tonight, but I do know the Hawks are no joke. St. Joe's has the 2nd best shooting %, the 5th best face-off win %, the 7th best offense, and #11 scoring defense, in the country. UVA better be ready.
- Brown vs. Holy Cross, Main Board. Lord knows we love Dylan Molloy and that high octane Bears offense, BUT Holy Cross has got to be the best 0-5 team in the country. While there are no moral victories in lacrosse (or in life for that matter), it can't be denied that the Crusaders have been really close to a few upsets over top 20 teams. If they are good enough to have a lead on Harvard with 17 seconds left to play, they have what it takes to give Brown a run for their money.
I am not predicting an upset, but Holy Cross is a capable team and if they can get and maintain a lead, they might surprise a lot of people today.

I won't be around for much of the afternoon and we got the pod tonight, so I might not be too active here or on Twitter. However, I wanted to make sure to get the Thread up so that people can get all the links. It's actually a rather big slate for a Tuesday, so hopefully we get a couple good ones.
I'll see you out there!
