Reaction: Johns Hopkins 15, No. 2 Maryland 12
Ryan Brown scored eight goals and Johns Hopkins received a much needed quality win, as the Blue Jays defeated No.2 Maryland 15-12 before an announced 9,343 at Byrd Stadium on Saturday night. Maryland fell to 12-2, its 11-game win streak snapped. Hopkins improved to 7-6, and with the win earned the No.1 seed in the Big Ten tournament.

Reaction: Georgetown 13, St. John's 10
Senior day celebrations for the Georgetown men’s lacrosse team didn’t end in the pregame ceremony honoring those players. Seniors accounted for the final four goals to help the Hoyas hold off St. John’s, 13-10, on Saturday in Washington, D.C.

Reaction: Drexel 11, No. 16 Towson 10
In one sense, the Drexel Dragons' win against Towson was a typical CAA victory. The Dragons won by one goal,  and the game in true end-of-the-year CAA form had postseason implications.

Brown's Eight Powers Johns Hopkins Past Rival Maryland

But when he learned in a post-game press conference after Johns Hopkins' 15-12 win over the Terps that Blue Jays attackman Ryan Brown scored eight, LoCascio's eyes opened wide with disbelief and he whispered to a pair of teammates sitting next to him, wondering if what a reporter said was really true.
