- Shout out BOSS Bates. Chris Bates was hired as head coach of The Episcopal Academy boy's lacrosse team here in Philly. Bates has strong ties to the city, as he was head coach of Archbishop Ryan, another Philly HS, and was at Drexel for over a decade, first as an assistant and then as BOSS for 10 years before he moved to Princeton. Bates also balled out with the Philadelphia Wings for seven years after he graduated from Dartmouth.

The Cape Cod Lacrosse league is pretty competitive. "We've been doing this for over 30 years now, and it has definitely gotten to the point where it is not your typical men's league."
