COLLEGE CROSSECAST Ep. 147: Penn State’s Grant Ament

On this edition of COLLEGE CROSSECAST, we’re joined by none other than Penn State senior attackman Grant Ament. The Nittany Lion showed throughout his collegiate career that he was one of the best attackmen in the nation, being a huge catalyst in the Penn State offensive machine that put up huge numbers on the scoreboard.

In this episode we talk about a variety of topics. From his upbringing into lacrosse, his career at Penn State, his redshirt senior year being cut off short due to the Coronavirus crisis, and his ambitions in pro lacrosse, we cover a lot of ground and get some great insight from one of the sport’s brightest stars. In addition to his plans to play lacrosse professionally, Ament’s also teamed up with Rob Pannell to launch an app called The Attack Academy, which offers free drills, premium video packages, and a unique 1-on-1 coaching portal creating a complete learning experience—the partnership brings together two powerhouses in a time when youth players are away from their teams and coaches. In addition to all that, we get to pick his brain about some of his personal favorites in sports and entertainment and why he chose to go to Penn State.
