Here are your three highlights for today:

• Massachusetts at Penn State: The Minutemen are in a bigger spot against the Nittany Lions than Penn State is against Massachusetts: UMass is attempting to erase the memories of the pain that Albany caused last weekend at Garber Field; unlike Penn State, Massachusetts is looking for THUNDERDOME! victories to ensure a place in the THUNDERDOME! Tournament; and there isn't a ton of high value remaining on the Minutemen's schedule that throws undeniable quality wins in their direction. Massachusetts needs this win; Penn State could really use this win. It's a small difference, but one that's important.
• Yale-Cornell // Pennsylvania-Princeton: These four schools will take a break from quietly running the country and bash each other's brains in on the lacrosse field. These programs are all in the conversation for the Ivy League title this season (Brown and Harvard like need more proxy votes in order to make a charge at a board seat), and today -- the first conference date on the calendar for the entire league (save for Dartmouth) -- provides an immediate opportunity to ascend the social hierarchy in the Ivy League. No team is facing a "must win" scenario today -- it's only March 15th -- but the chance to create immediate momentum in a conference with leveraged competition could prove valuable as the season unfolds.
• Syracuse-Johns Hopkins // North Carolina-Duke: Some quick links of value:

  The disdain between the Tar Heels and Blue Devils is never in question; those teams will -- until time ceases to exist -- find ways to poison the other team's water jugs. As for the Orange and Jays, the current and future conference alignments of each team doesn't seem to have diminished the hate each program fosters for the other:
