Feeling glum that the NCAA Lacrosse season is done? Well have no fear, we’re here with a fresh edition of COLLEGE CROSSECAST to put a wrap on the season and go over a busy week on the news front in college lacrosse.
I’m joined by Chris and Jake as we go over a lot of new developments, whether it be the coaching carousel (:30) and Chris Gray entering the transfer portal (4:45), or the Tewaaraton going to Pat Spencer and Megan Taylor (16:58) and the release of the College Crosse All-Freshman Team (33:30). From there we take stock in the season that just wrapped up, with a review of the rule changes (35:35) and a look at trends for both the state of the game (40:36) and with programs (47:15). We hand out our superlatives for biggest surprises and disappointments (1:01:30) and the very best of the year (1:17:20). Then we wrap up with some mailbag questions (1:24:35) and our extremely early 2020 Final Four picks (1:27:52).
We’re still pumping out new episodes throughout the offseason, including some Decade in Review goodies, so now’s the time to subscribe to the CROSSECAST. Click play in the player below, head over to Podomatic, subscribe on iTunes and Google Play, or follow along on Spotify. Have questions for our mailbag? Tweet us @College_Crosse.
