COLLEGE CROSSECAST Ep. 111: More Consistent Than A Few Good Men on a Rainy Sunday

We chat about Penn’s big rise, Ohio State’s big win, Denver’s up and down stretch, whatever Duke-Syracuse was, and a lot more on the latest edition of the Crossecast.

As we head into the end of March, the picture of the college lacrosse season becomes a bit more clearer and the games just seem to get even bigger in nature. And with this past weekend having its own twists and turns, there’s a lot to talk about on this edition of COLLEGE CROSSECAST.

I’m joined with Safe and Jake as we chat about the weekend that was. After running through the scoreboard (2:46) we highlight Delaware and Marquette’s play (11:30) and Denver’s inconsistent stretch with a big win at Towson only to be followed up with a loss in Bill Tierney’s return to Princeton (19:30). Penn took a big leap in the Ivy League (31:30) and Ohio State did the same in the perception department (38:41), and there’s a lot to take stock at the top of the Patriot League race (49:00). Virginia beat Johns Hopkins in the final scheduled game for the time being between the two (53:00) and Syracuse came back against Duke at a high school in some abstract art disguised as a lacrosse game (1:06:10). And of course, we have our Top 20 poll (1:13:45), a pair of Wednesday games, and our mailbag to wrap things up with (1:23:00).
