Circle These Dates
- 2/2 (vs. St. Bonaventure): High Point will have the honor of being St. Bonaventure’s first ever regular season opponent. The Panthers will be a quality first opponent for the Bonnies to face, but Asher Nolting will be tough to stop for the very young St. Bonaventure squad.
- 2/18 (at Virginia): The Panthers surprised many in the first half of their meeting with the Cavaliers last year, entering halftime tied up at nine. But Virginia slowly extended their lead throughout the second half with three two-goal spurts and a three-goal run to end the game.
- 3/9 (vs. UMBC): For the first time in five years, these two teams will face off against each other. The Retrievers bring their “Killer Bees” unit to North Carolina. UMBC had the best scoring defense in the country, giving up 7.77 goals per game.
- 3/23 (at Jacksonville): Both teams split their meetings last year, with High Point winning the regular season meeting by two. The Panthers blew a six-goal lead in the third quarter to the Dolphins who would come one goal short of winning the SoCon title.
- 4/27 (vs. Richmond): Ever since starting a program in 2014, the Spiders have always been consistent year in and year out. And that includes in conference play. With Air Force not in the SoCon Tournament last season, Richmond was able to win the conference tournament for the first time since they were a member of the Atlantic Sun.
