As we noted a few weeks ago, Cleveland State is having one heck of an offseason. Indeed, after partying with Lebron, hanging out with Al Roker at the RNC, and snagging a multi-year apparel deal with UN1TUS, you’d think the Vikings might coast through the rest of the summer & enjoy the Dead Period before fall ball.

WRONG! Vikings don’t sleep! They pillage and plunder all day, every day.
Today CSU announced their 2017 season tickets are going on sale. Additionally, to kick off their first-ever season they’ll be welcoming the University of Michigan to Krenzler Field on February 4, 2017. The full press release an be found here. BOSS Sheridan sounds pretty stoked.
"As always, the game we are most excited about is the next one. This happens to be a special case, as the next one is our program's debut. I'm grateful and excited to announce that we are hosting the University of Michigan on February 4, 2017, at Krenzler Field. It's my hope that lacrosse fans from every part of the country make the trip to Cleveland to support Vikings lacrosse and the growth of our sport at the highest level. Due to capacity limitations inside of our dome, we are hoping for a sellout crowd. Coach Paul and his staff have done a tremendous job building their program in a short period of time, and we are looking forward to measuring ourselves against the Wolverines, this year and in years to come."
The Kid likes CSU’s odds against Michigan.
Not gonna lie, wouldn't be shocked if that's get their first ever win that day. https://t.co/yRmc5oDdFZ

While the full schedule has yet to be released, the Vikings dropped some clues a couple weeks ago about who they’ll be playing in 2017. Indeed, according to their Twitter account Cleveland State is set to play seven (SEVEN?!?) teams from the Baltimore Sun’s Premature Top 20 Ranking.
Looking forward to playing 7 teams featured in the top 20 in our inaugural season! Schedule coming soon, stay tuned. https://t.co/Xi6e4fakpy
