It’s a new episode of COLLEGE CROSSECAST as we’re now officially into the 2019 NCAA Lacrosse season. Did we break the promise of doing a preview episode and a recap episode each week? No, because there weren’t enough games to warrant the split yet. Are we still giving you the content you crave? Of course!

On this episode I’m joined by Safe and Adam. First Adam goes on and on defending ESPNU’s lacrosse schedule and Johns Hopkins appearing on it (1:15). Then we recap last week’s games (8:38) that included Utah and St. Bonaventure’s debuts and a breakout Penn State performance. We do a quick gloss over any effect the new rules had over the abbreviated first weekend (29:30) and then get you set for a tasty second weekend (31:34) featuring Virginia-Loyola, Army-UMass, and Robert Morris-Penn State. And what would a CROSSECAST be without some pick ‘em? (57:20)
