New York Skyline

GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD MORNING, College Crosse Nation! Thanks for making us a part of your day! Here are your links for September 11, 2016.

College Crosse News.

Glen Miles, Mike Morrill, Robert Shek, and John Tucker were officially welcomed into the U.S. Lacrosse Hall of Fame.

The National Lacrosse also formally welcomed Margie Anderson, Joanne Connelly, Julie Dayton, Kim Basner, and Michele LeFevre Doyle into the U.S. Lacrosse Hall of Fame.

Brian Witmer of Lacrosse All Stars posted a great review of the Frank Menschner Cup.

Mallory Poole has been named Denver’s new director of women’s lacrosse operations.

So You.Fo has landed in America. If you’re wondering what You.Fo is, don’t feel weird, because I didn’t know what it was until 10 minutes ago. Here’s a link to their website and a video below. From what I can gather, it is a mix of lacrosse & ultimate frisbee.

Lax Sports Net will be airing the second annual Casey Powell World Lacrosse Foundation Beach Festival.

What’s Up, Philly?

Thousands of people bared it all for Philly’s annual Naked Bike Ride. (Ed. Note: Yep! You read that correctly.)

The Philadelphia Naked Bike Ride is a "bare as you dare" event, so not everyone got fully nude (and that's okay). Many were also rocking body paint, which they could put on in a pre-ride gathering at the rock garden. Bodypaint.me and Wildfire both donated their painting services for the afternoon.

World/National News.

It’s the 15th anniversary of September 11th attacks.

That’s it for today!! I’ll see you out there!!
