The Coquitlam Adanacs beat the Orangeville Northmen 6-5 in overtime of the series-deciding game 5 to win the Minto Cup. Coquitlam was led by their goalie, Christian Del Bianco, who record 59 saves and was named MVP. The Adanacs lads were quite lit after the game, so lit that they broke the trophy during the awards ceremony.
