The HEADstrong Foundation, a charitable non-profit organization dedicated to the memory of Nicholas “Head” Colleluori who passed away after he lost his battle with non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma in 2006, is celebrating their 10th anniversary this year with a full slate of fall events. They announced their schedule yesterday; it includes 8 events throughout the northeast.

BOSS Brecht of Rutgers named John Gorman an assistant coach yesterday. Gorman has nine years worth of coaching experience, the last four with Hofstra as their defensive coordinator.

The Lehigh Mountain Hawks announced their incoming class.

This lacrosse highlight video is cool but it’s the Quint voice-over at the beginning that I really love.

The wonderful actor Steven Hill, best remembered for his legendary role as D.A. Adam Schiff on Law & Order, passed away on Tuesday.
