GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD MORNING, College Crosse Nation! Thanks for making us a part of your day! Here are your links for August 20, 2016.

College Crosse News.

Very interesting post from Lacrosse Magazine about lacrosse’s stunning rise in popularity in the Peach State.

The Team USA roster for US Lacrosse’s grand opening in September was announced yesterday. #FreeJoshHawkins

Wonderful post about Rob Drescher, a para-lacrosse player, who through the kindness of blood donors is able to play the game that he loves.

“I remember driving home and Rob looking out of the car and saying the only thing he wanted to do was continue to play his favorite sport: lacrosse,” recalls mom Sharon Drennan.

Thanks to the generosity of blood donors throughout Virginia, Rob not only continues to receive the blood transfusions he needs to survive, but is thriving as a member of Richmond-based Sportable Crush, one of only eight para-lacrosse teams in the nation.

Despite missing significant time due to injury, former Orange BALLER, Kevin Rice, made the All-MLL Team.

Denver players met with the media earlier this week in the run-up to the MLL championship game today versus Ohio.

Here’s the full All-MLL Team for 2016.
