College Crosse Recap.
No disrespect to Maryland and Syracuse, but Navy vs. Brown as undoubtedly the game of the day. Amazing effort by Navy that fell just short as the Browns escaped with an 11-10 victory in front of their home crowd. Shout out to Brown for the impressive effort without Dylan Molloy, who was out today with a broken foot. Despite not having their heaviest hitter, the Bears found a way to earn a trip to Philly.

Brown's star of the game was senior Kylor Bellistri who finished with 4 goals and 2 assists, including an absolutely amazing one you can see below. PHILLY BOY, Henry Blynn, and teammate Bailey Tills both finished with 2 Gs and 1 A. While Navy's John Connors had bigger numbers, Brown's Jack Kelly's sterling play in goal should not be forgotten. Kelly finished the game with 12 saves, including more than a few he shouldn't have stopped.
You can't say enough about Navy's effort today. They had the ball with roughly 30 seconds left before a turnover near the middle of the field prevented the Midshipmen from getting a shot off to tie. Casey Rees had a great game, and finished with 5 goals. John Connors was something else in goal today, as he finished with twenty one saves. A superb individual effort that definitely kept Navy in the game all afternoon.
Next Game.
