UVA Sports stops by to check up on BOSS Tiffany and the lads as they prepare for the upcoming season.

A settlement has been reached in the Cascade R lacrosse helmet class-action suit.

Under the terms of the lacrosse helmet settlement, PLG has agreed to implement a return and retrofit program to modify the helmets free of charge to ensure they comply with NOCSAE’s standards. PLG will also provide eligible Class Members with vouchers for the purchase of Cascade products.

STAND UP, OHIO!!!: Everyone is stoked that Ohio added lacrosse as an official state sport under OHSAA.

Starting in the spring, lacrosse will be an officially sanctioned OHSAA sport, meaning teams will be able to play in a state-sponsored tournaments just like their peers in basketball, volleyball, baseball and other sports.

“We are excited to start putting the details in place for our first lacrosse postseason tournament,” Dave Gray, OHSAA interim commissioner, said. “Selby Stadium in Delaware is a great facility to host the state championship games. I know that our member schools that offer lacrosse are eager to get these key tournament dates on their calendars and get the 2017 season started next spring.”

WDTN 2 in NY with a great segment on Siena Freshman, Brendan Johnson. Brendan was practicing his shooting when he heard the national anthem start playing at another event. What happened next was pretty awesome.
