Michigan men's lacrosse head coach, John Paul, just tweeted out a great video of the Wolverines participating in their fall strength and conditioning program. The program is led in part by Michigan's assistant director of strength & conditioning, Bo Sandoval; I believe he makes an appearance around the 27 second mark.
Bo (@olystrength) does an incredible job with our strength and conditioning program. A taste…https://t.co/7I85jDwKGT

Some highlights:
- Seriously, how much weight are all our boys squatting in this video? I think I mayyyyyyyybe can get a 45 & 10 pound plate on each side 5 times without blowing out my spine. God I'm getting old.
- My man doing the chin-ups with that metal chain around his neck at the 1 minute 30 mark is a beast.
- What is that thing with the lights our boy is tapping at the 1 minute 40 second mark?
- The support and encouragement everyone shows one another throughout the video would make DJ Khaled proud. (#WeTheBest!)
Thanks for sharing coach and great work by the lads up there at Ann Arbor. Keep hitting that office!
