Sometimes you're the car and sometimes you're the crazy son of a bitch on top of the car kicking in the windshield. The ciiiiiiiiiiiircle of life!
Anyway, there are two games today. Here are your highlights:
- Bellarmine at Ohio State: The Knights are in a tough spot: Already 0-2 in ECAC playing (having lost to Michigan and Air Force), Bellarmine's ECAC Tournament hopes essentially hinge on beating Ohio State tonight. A three-loss team could make the conference tournament this season, but given the Knights' league losses at this point, but Bellarmine is playing with tiebreaking fire if they fall into that position.
- Wagner at Richmond: Since 2000, Wagner has had exactly one season with three or more wins: 2002, a campaign that featured victories over Binghamton, Siena, and CCNY (Division III) (the Seahawks, since 2000, have not beaten three Division I teams in the same season). After dropping Monmouth and VMI, Wagner is on the cusp of achieving the seemingly impossible, rewriting the program's history and feeling the sunshine of wins that actually qualify as a "handful." This isn't a gimmie against the Spiders, but the Seahawks aren't a double-digit 'dog entering their date against Richmond.
