Orange Alumni Classic Slated for Oct. 13
The Syracuse men's lacrosse team will host the third-annual Orange Alumni Classic at the Carrier Dome on Saturday, Oct. 13. The only scrimmage of the Orange's fall practice season, this year's event features two games. The first is a "Legend's Game" beginning at 1:30 p.m. The second match, which will begin at approximately 3 p.m., pits a team of recent SU alums against the 2012-13 Orange squad.

Men's lacrosse rules changes approved
On Friday, the NCAA Rules Oversight Panel approved rules changes to men’s lacrosse that had been proposed in early August by the Men’s Lacrosse Rules Committee. The new rules instituted a 30-second shot clock when stall warnings are issued and made major changes to shooting strings.

UNC To Play In Capital Lacrosse Invitational
The Landon School will host the Capital Lacrosse Invitational on Sunday, October 7, with all proceeds going to the Mario St. George Boiardi Foundation.
