The Yale Bulldogs hosted their annual Christian Prince Memorial Tournament on Sunday afternoon, which featured UMass, Rutgers, and the Bulldogs. Each game was played with four 20-minute running quarters.
Fallball 2012: North Carolina-Ohio State Notes, Observations
Sunday's scrimmage between the North Carolina Tar Heels and Ohio State Buckeyes at Calvert Hall HS in northern Baltimore was more than just a chance for two coaches to see their squads against a live opponent to get a little more data for the upcoming season. The neutral site also served as a fundraiser for the Michael R. Breschi Scholarship Fund — named in honor of the son of Joe Breschi, who passed away in 2004 while his father was coach at Ohio State. Breschi has since moved to North Carolina to coach at his alma mater, but ties to his former school — coached by former Breschi assistant Nick Myers, remain to this day.

It was a quintessential New England autumn day in Hamden, Conn., as the Quinnipiac Bobcats hosted the Bucknell Bison in a 13-3 game that saw the Bobcats scoreless for three quarters.
