Victor grad Jamie Trimboli is another local athlete dealing with a canceled season. He helped lead the Syracuse men’s lacrosse team to a 5-0 record and a number one ranking before the NCAA canceled spring championships two weeks ago due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) co-founder Paul Rabil has signed with CAA Sports for representation, Variety has learned exclusively. PLL launched in October 2018 and completed its inaugural season in 2019. Rabil, along with his brother and fellow co-founder Mike Rabil, signed an exclusive media rights deal with NBC Sports Group for PLL in late 2018.

Siena senior lacrosse player Megan Power was looking for a way to fill plenty of unexpected free time at her parents’ house in Cranford, N.J. The season had just been canceled because of the coronavirus pandemic. Siena extended its spring break and then went to online courses, like other colleges.
