Testudo Times reviewed last night’s Terps loss to Villanova.

For the third consecutive game, No. 4 Maryland men’s lacrosse entered the fourth quarter trailing. With a two goal lead going into the final quarter, Villanova notched three unanswered goals in the first seven minutes of the fourth to extend its lead.

And now let’s hear from the victors: Villanova defeats #4 Maryland, ending losing streak.

The Wildcats took on their third straight top-five ranked team, Maryland, at home on Tuesday night. After going 0-2 during their games against No. 1 Penn State and No. 3 Yale, the ‘Cats were able to pull out a 13-12 win. Junior attack’s Keegan Khan and Corey McManus dominated in the first quarter with three assists and two goals combined.
