From the Michigan Daily: Freshmen help lead the way to men’s lacrosse victory.

Saturday, the Michigan men’s lacrosse lineup was missing some familiar faces. Seniors Avery Myers — a starter in the midfield last season — and Finn Goonan were out with injuries. So, Michigan coach Kevin Conry turned to his youngest players. They did more than heed his call.

This is one heck of a hype video by Navy.

BU had a tough time offensively against Ohio State on Saturday.

The Boston University men’s lacrosse team (0-2) was unable to keep things close with the No. 13/12 Ohio State University Buckeyes (2-0) Saturday at Nickerson Field, leading to a 11-4 loss.

Marquette looks solid under new coach Andrew Stimmel.

It’s still early but the Chris Gray experiment has been a smashing success so far for UNC.

In response to UNC’s second straight victory, head coach Joe Breschi seemed to enjoy this early season success as much as the fans in the Lacrosse & Soccer Stadium. “It’s fun to watch, isn’t it?” Breschi said. “When we move the ball, it’s a pretty special group.”

Here’s a nice article on the Terps from The Diamondback: With four goals in two games, Jack Brennan is a freshman gem for Maryland lacrosse.

Jack Brennan sauntered around the back of the attacking area, waiting for something — anything — to fall his way. The Maryland men’s lacrosse midfielder had scored a goal three minutes before, and was desperate to see the net ripple once more — to bring his team within one goal on an afternoon in Richmond, Virginia, when the Terps were largely second-best.

Congrats to Army on the program’s 800th win on Saturday.
