Former CFLer Daryl Waud is turning heads in the NLL.

Daryl Waud, who once played for the Jr. A Lakers in Peterborough before going on to win a Grey Cup with the Toronto Argonauts, is now playing for the NLL’s Philadelphia Wings.

Villanova with some nice new threads for 2020.

US Lacrosse Magazine with a previewed Army.

During Army’s final team meeting in December, Joe Alberici challenged his squad to take any excuses off the table.

“This is a tough place and there are of things that you have to overcome in order to be successful on the field,” Alberici said. “But the best teams I’ve been apart of are the ones that are able to keep moving forward.”

From the Capital Gazette: Proceeds from motivational children’s book supports underprivileged youth’s access to lacrosse.

In “Charlie STEPs UP to Lacrosse,” a motivational children’s book published by STEP UP Lacrosse Charity, Annapolis author Lauren Burke Meyer hints at the value of diversity and letting a child (in this case, Charlie) find what he or she loves in their own time and in their own way.
