The Sacred Heart Pioneers are the 54th team in our 2020 men’s college lacrosse schedule preview series and the eighth team from the NEC. Sacred Heart finished 9-6 overall in 2019 and 4-2 in NEC play. The Pioneers lost to Hobart in the NEC semifinals.

The Bachelor’s Chris Harrison’s a true #LaxDad.

“The boy is now a Frog! Congrats J-man on being accepted and committing to @texaschristianuniversity @tcumenslacrosse #TCU #Classof2024,” wrote Harrison, who sported a white TCU Lacrosse hat while Josh wore a Horned Frogs sweatshirt.

The PLL Top 50 has rolled out in recent weeks, starting at No. 50 and culminating on Thursday with the reveal of Matt Rambo as the top player in the league. This was voted on by PLL players and represents a wide demographic of positions, colleges and graduation years.

Not too much of a surprise: Maryland has the most players named to Team USA’s roster for the 2020 Spring Premiere.

The U.S. men’s lacrosse senior team was announced for the 2020 Spring Premiere and Maryland has more alumni on the team than any other school. Eight of the 37 players on the roster are former Terps, with the next closest school, Notre Dame, having four.
