Chris took a look at Quinnipiac’s schedule for 2020.

The Quinnipiac Bobcats are the 52nd team in our 2020 men’s college lacrosse schedule preview series and the fifth team from the MAAC. Quinnipiac finished 9-7 overall in 2019 and 5-2 in MAAC play. The Bobcats lost to Marist in the MAAC Championship.

Sacred Heart’s 2020 schedule is now out.

Sacred Heart men’s lacrosse head coach Jon Basti has officially announced the Pioneers’ 2020 regular season slate which features 13 contests including five games played at Campus Field. A six-game non-conference schedule sets SHU up for a new-look Northeast Conference slate that features seven games, all in the leadup to the league playoffs set for the week of April 27.

SHU is coming off another successful campaign that saw the Pioneers advance to the NEC Tournament for a school record third straight season. In the 2018 campaign, SHU finished 9-6 overall, matching the program’s Div. I (since 2000) single-season wins record while the Pioneers went 4-2 in conference play. SHU went 5-2 in road games last season, setting a Div. I program record for most road wins in a single-season while the Pioneers’ 5-3 non-conference record in 2019 set a new Div. I program record.
