Could the next Chris Hogan be on the way in Dalton Crossan?
Crossan, who turned down a lacrosse scholarship to play football at New Hampshire, is an intriguing talent and athletic specimen. Many have compared him to New England Patriots wide receiver Chris Hogan, who was also a converted lacrosse star.
Those comparisons aren’t going to fade away in the aftermath of the Giants’ pro day, either. ESPN’s Jordan Raanan reports Crossan had a solid showing and that general manager Jerry Reese & Co. came away quite impressed.
“I always loved football. I didn’t love lacrosse,” Crossan told ESPN. “Obviously, [Hogan] is a guy I love to get compared to because of how well he’s doing and how successful he’s been, especially this season.”
MAYBE NOT!
