Games Of The Day.

Princeton vs. Johns Hopkins: The Jays and Tigers go at it again for the 87th time in a series that dates back to 1890. (Ed. Note: Princeton’s site says 1892.) You wouldn’t hear it from the mainstream media, but Johns Hopkins, the scrappy, little-known Baltimore medical school, is undefeated and playing very well. The game is going to be live on ESPNU.

Detroit vs. Bellarmine: Bellarmine is 1-2 but they are coming off a pretty impressive win over Quinnipiac last Saturday. Detroit has been playing tough this season but they are 1-4 and could really use this game to get things back on track. Shout out to Marquette University Television for the YouTube live stream.

Ohio State vs. Marquette: The second game of the Midwest Lacrosse Classic features the Buckeyes and Golden Eagles. Ohio State is undefeated at 4-0, their best start since 2013 and only the 3rd time ever that the team has started out the year 4-0. The only other year was “in 1966 when the squad was a perfect 14-0 on the year.”

Attachments.

Definitely read @Joekeegs’s post on Joel Tinney and Zach Currier before you watch the Hop vs. Princeton game.

There’s reason to believe the White Walkers are back, and two of them are playing college lacrosse: Johns Hopkins junior midfielder Joel Tinney and Princeton senior midfielder Zach Currier.

These dudes don’t get tired. They run wings on face-offs, take face-offs, play defense, shoot, pass and dodge without ever coming off the field. They’re unlike any midfielders we’ve seen. They’re unlike any humans we’ve ever seen.

BOSS Madalon hopped on the 3rd episode of the Tiger LaxCast and shared a great story about some wise words BOSS Breschi told him when Coach Madalon was early in his coaching career.

#AnotherOne.

Song Of The Day.

Such a good song.

Games start at 3:00! I’ll see you out there.
