You may have seen this when it first aired on ESPNU last year, but if you missed it, now is your chance to watch Jay Jalbert and Jesse Hubbard's documentary on Virginia lacrosse -- "There and Back."

There's all kinds of good stuff in the film (and I'm not going to give it all away), but the interviews are telling and the ethos of the Virginia program is well captured. It's a long film -- around 48 minutes -- but it's worth the watch on an otherwise quiet Friday afternoon.
