ESPNU's Warrior Classic Finds a New Home in Charlotte
Are you sick of driving to East Hartford, Connecticut to watch lacrosse? (If attendance the last few years is any indication, then the answer is "yes.")
Well, good news: Now you can haul your rump down to Charlotte to watch the same stuff. ESPNU is moving its Warrior Classic down to North Cackalacky:
"The ESPNU Warrior Classic, a doubleheader, has a new home at American Legion Memorial Stadium in Charlotte, N.C., home of Major League Lacrosse's Charlotte Hounds. The third annual event will be played Saturday, April 14, and will feature Rutgers vs. No. 7 Syracuse in the first game at 11:00 a.m. ET, followed by No. 11 Hofstra vs. No. 6 North Carolina at 1:30 p.m."
The games, shockingly, will be on ESPNU.

Only issue with the Hofstra-UNC game
Is that it’s in mid-April, which is when Hofstra usually does their late season collapse. Otherwise, though, that should be a really good game
