Guy Van Arsdale -- who recently took over the Jacksonville program after Matt Kerwick left to ride shotgun at Georgetown with Dave Urick -- talks about taking over the young program down in Florida.

He thinks he's in a good position, although there is much work to be done. Climbing the table in the MAAC isn't exactly impossible, and if he can get some kids to choose sunshine over overcast skies and snow, he may be sitting in a nice little spot.
